What’s involved?
A successful Sous Chef will work alongside an incredibly talented Head Chef. The team relies on each member of the team to work where required but offers a reliable support system. Your input will be invaluable, and you will be able to put ideas forward when developing new dishes. You will be expected to manage the team, rotas, stock takes, 1-2-1’s and training.
This position does not come with accommodation.
