Sales Executive – Hyundai Bury St Edmunds

Salary: £20,000 plus bonus (£35,000 OTE)

We are currently looking for an engaging and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Bury St Edmunds!
What You’ll Do
The Sales Executive will work together with the wider Space team to consistently deliver an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all current and future customers. The Sales Executive team are brand advocates, supporting their mission by creating memorable experiences for their customers.
As a Sales Executive, you will ensure that customers receive inspiration and support to learn about Hyundai from the moment they walk into the Space. You will assist in delivering an innovative and unforgettable customer experience. You will also:
1. Provide a tailored experience based on guests’ specific interests and agenda
2. Educate and inspire guests by answering their questions
3. Turn curiosity into intense interest by introducing people to the exciting cars and services that Hyundai offers
4. Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers
5. Schedule test drives and follow up with customers by walking them through the purchasing process

Your Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have a great eagerness to learn and a passion for the Hyundai brand, their dedication to design, and their commitment to sustainability. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred, and you should have more than 1 year’s experience in a progressive, customer-oriented retail environment, preferably in automotive.
This role will require a valid driving licence, an acceptable safe driving record, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
