Our park is a welcoming and supportive environment with a strong sense of community—and we're looking for a Sales Executive who can help us grow our owner base by matching the right people with the right holiday home.
Role Overview:
You’ll be the face of our sales team, guiding customers through the process of purchasing a caravan holiday home. This is a customer-focused role that combines relationship-building, product knowledge, and on-the-ground sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with walk-in enquiries, phone leads, and online prospects
2. Conduct tailored tours of the park and available units
3. Understand customer needs and match them to the right caravan
4. Build long-term relationships with prospective and current owners
5. Keep accurate records of leads and follow-ups
6. Support marketing initiatives and sales events when needed
7. Assist with presentation and readiness of show homes
Achieve monthly sales targets through great service and follow-through.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Previous sales experience (holiday homes or caravans a bonus)
2. Confident, friendly, and great with people
3. Good understanding of basic sales techniques and follow-up processes
4. Comfortable working weekends and bank holidays
5. Self-motivated and target-driven
6. Full UK driving licence preferred
7. Opportunity to develop into a Senior Sales Role as the business grows
