About the Role:
* Step into a key leadership position, supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional modern British cuisine.
* Ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
* Manage daily kitchen operations, including menu development and team supervision.
* Assist in overseeing a talented team of chefs in a high:volume, rosette:level dining environment.
* Temporary, prorated contract with a competitive salary of A GBP 50k.
What Were Looking For:
* Proven experience in a similar Sous Chef role, preferably within a rosette or fine dining restaurant.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a kitchen team.
* A passion for British cuisine with a creative approach to modern dishes.
* Experience in managing kitchen operations, including stock control, team management, and maintaining food hygiene standards.
