We are looking for a Pastry Chef to join the team atour rooftop restaurant in theAshmolean Museum -immediate start!
The restaurant is open 7 days per week, and the successful candidate will be required to work 5 days per weekincluding weekends.Mostly day times, only occasional evenings, working hours 7.30-4.30pm
Contract: Full Time / Permanent
About the Pastry Chef role:
Baking a selection of fresh cakes, pastries and desserts daily
Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
Assisting the Head Chef to create new recipes for the restaurant and event menus
Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
