You will be responsible for:-
* Providing 1st line support to Global customers
* Capturing and resolving IT support incidents via ITSM ticketing systems and phone calls
* Managing requests and aiming for first call resolution
* Conducting systems tests and updates following troubleshooting to prevent further issues
* Ensuring effective follow ups throughout triage and resolution
* Creating and maintaining the IT knowledge base
If you possess a combination of some of the following skills then LETS TALK!
* Previous experience providing support on an ITIL Service desk
* Experience with ITSM ticketing systems
* Office 365
* Applications and systems support
* Global service desk environments - advantageous but not essential
* Provide excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
