About The Role

* Qualifying customer needs through discussion and gauging reactions to tailor product recommendations.
* Presenting suitable options, understanding customer buying strategies, and encouraging test drives.
* Using in-depth product knowledge to guide customers towards the best choices.
* Collaborating with colleagues and other teams to provide seamless service.
* Following up on sales opportunities with other teams, such as After Sales.
