**Your Role**
We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our store team as a Customer Team Member. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of store presentation, and supporting the introduction of new products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve the shopping experience
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including visual merchandising and stock management
- Support the introduction of new products and services, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues
- Contribute to local community activities and events, building relationships and promoting the Co-op brand
