Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons to students
* Develop and implement curriculum based on educational guidelines
* Assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback
* Organise and oversee drama productions and performances
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the drama programme
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Drama or related field
* Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)
* Experience teaching drama at the secondary level
* Strong understanding of drama education principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to inspire and motivate students
* Organisational and time management abilities
Desirable Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Drama or Education
* Experience in directing school productions
Work in a school environment, collaborating with students and colleagues. May require some evening or weekend work for drama productions and events.
