Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Customer Support Team Manager with fluent German language skills to lead our customer care team in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* A degree in a relevant field, such as business or communications.
* At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a leadership position.
* Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
