Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with this award-winning Farm Park, set in the Cotswolds, on a 650-acre estate specializing in rare breeds. The park attracts about 180,000 annual visitors with numerous special events throughout the year.
The restaurant is very popular, serving the freshest high-quality local produce, much of which comes directly from the farm.
What's in it for you?
As part of the management team, you will assist the head chef in the day-to-day running of the food operation. You will have significant input on menu dishes, collaborating with the chefs on offerings for breakfast, lunch, dinner, the bakery, and special events.
The restaurant can serve up to 200 covers at a time.
The chefs work either 8 am - 4 pm or 11 am - 8 pm, 42 hours per week.
