Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the full recruitment cycle for a range of roles, from entry-level to senior management positions.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
* Manage a team of talent professionals to source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
* Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they align with our company’s culture and goals.
* Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Use data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Recruiter, with a track record of successful placements.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and platforms.
A keen eye for talent and a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
To demonstrate our commitment to you, we have developed a sector leading total rewards package:
* £56,520 annual base salary
* Fixed Term 12 Month contract, Fulltime
* Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution – Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%).
* Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum – Subject to eligibility
* 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
* Trailblazing family leave [Maternity, Paternity and Adoption – 12 weeks full pay / 6 weeks half pay] – Subject to eligibility
