Sales Executive | Brislington BS4 3QB | Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00, and Saturday from 08:30 to 17:30 | £20,000 pa basic with opportunity to earn an OTE of £45,000 pa through an achievable commission structure Our client is excited to be expanding their Sales Team. Due to ever climbing sales, they are looking to boost their team with an additional Sales Executive who will join them at their Renault and Dacia Dealership on Pioneer Park. As a Sales Executive, you will support customers throughout their buying journey - from their first point of contact with us to the moment they take delivery of their new car. You will meet and greet customers, prospect, and appoint leads; and fully qualify customer needs whilst professionally selling vehicles and peripheral products in line with industry regulations. You will be responsible for helping deliver all aspects of the Sales Process within the department by being at the core of all sales enquiries and part of the Sales team. You will ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of the obligations that they enter into, doing so with integrity and above all, treating customers fairly. Are you the right person for the job? Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive with a strong understanding of the Sales Process Experience in Automotive Sales is preferred but not required; candidates from other industries are welcome if they have a proven sales record Ability to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent customer care Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to process information effectively Motivation to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and work in a results-focused environment Outstanding work ethic and ability to lead by example Ability to inspire colleagues and drive sales performance and add-on sales Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals What will your role look like?
