Key Responsibilities
As our Sous Chef, you will:
* Assist the Head Chefin leading, motivating, and supervising the Kitchen Team.
* Manage food storage, preparation, production, safety, cooking, and servicewithin on-site restaurants and bars, including match day hospitality and banqueting.
* Take full responsibilityfor Head Chef duties in their absence.
* Maintain high levels of servicethat exceed customer expectations.
* Control resources, manage processes, and cultivate a culture of excellence.

Requirements
* Experience:Minimum of five years as a Sous Chef.

* Administration:Familiar with working in a professional organization with SOPs and strict protocols, especially regarding ordering and menu creation.
