On-Trade Regional Sales Executive

MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a expanding Premium Beverage Wholesaler in search of an On-Trade Regional Sales Executive. This is a permanent role based in Bristol.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to drive regional profitability and meet UK business targets.
* Build and manage a robust business pipeline through new customer acquisition and effective account management.
* Identify and engage with potential on-trade customers such as bars, restaurants, and hotels.
* Create impactful sales pitches, lead negotiations, and secure customer contracts.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with on-trade customers, understanding their needs to ensure satisfaction.
* Network with brand owners and distributor sales teams to build market intelligence and awareness.
* Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay informed about the on-trade sector.
* Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a high level of customer service.
What are we looking for?
* Proven success in business development, sales, or account management in the on-trade sector.
* Strong knowledge of the South West hospitality scene with a network of contacts.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
* Proficient in CRM software and relevant sales tools.
* Willingness to travel as required.
Salary up to £50k (DOE) + comprehensive bonus & benefits package.
