A key element of the Talent Acquisition role will be day to day staff and stakeholder management. This Recruitment Manager role will be a temporary role for 2 to 3 months and requires a recruitment expert to "hit the ground running".
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the transformation of the Recruitment function.
2. Develop and implement a proactive and strategic approach to employee resourcing, connecting, engaging, and attracting diverse talent from the widest possible audience.
3. Drive recruitment initiatives.
4. Lead the training agenda and improve the capability of hiring managers across all recruitment disciplines, especially focusing on a diverse and inclusive approach.
5. Ensure the full recruitment cycle is effective, efficient, and seamless for all by leading the recruitment team and wider HR team.
What you'll need to succeed:
Previous sector experience is ideal, along with a wealth of recruitment knowledge and proven leadership of a Recruitment team.
What you'll get in return:
Based in Brighton, but flexibility offered with a hybrid model, requiring 8 days a month in the office. To start ASAP, with a 2-month temporary position and possible extension.
