Job Role: Sales Executive
Location: Norwich
Salary: Basic £20,000 - £45,000 OTE + Company Car
Hours: 40.42 hours per week, 5 days (including weekends; Sunday working entitles you to an additional lieu day).

Key Responsibilities:
•Actively listen to customers to understand their needs.
•Recommend tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.
•Stay informed on manufacturer programs, products, and competitor activities while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
•Streamline customer journeys with efficient administration, clear communication, and transparent guidance.
•Follow the sales process to achieve profitability and satisfaction, leveraging digital tools and proactive prospecting to generate new opportunities. Collaborate across teams and participate in events to enhance engagement and drive success.
Candidate Requirements:
•Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport effortlessly.
•Proven success in a fast-paced sales environment with a drive to exceed performance goals.
•A proactive, solutions-focused mind-set and the ability to handle challenges with positivity.
•Highly organised, capable of prioritising tasks to meet targets and deadlines.
•Proficient in digital tools and CRM systems.
•A valid, clean driving license.
