Ashberry Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Compliance Customer Support role to join our amazing client based on the outskirts of Skipton.
Job Purpose
As an integral member of the compliance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to clients and ensuring a positive retention record is maintained.
Excellent Excel skills is a requirement for the role.
Key Role Responsibilities
1. Account manage and build relationships with existing customers
2. Provide technical legislative support to existing and prospective customers
3. Data verification checks in line with internal processes, contacting members for outstanding data and supporting with the calculation of data when required
4. Admin tasks associated with the above
5. Assistance in preparing/delivering webinars
6. Ensure content of assigned processes are relevant and up to date as well as being efficient and effective
7. Undertake compliance reviews/audits with customers (both onsite and desktop)
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
1. Fully adept with Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Excel, and Word
2. Confident telephone manner
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Flexible, resilient, and adaptable to changes in work priorities
5. Highly organised and conscientious approach
6. Positive, enthusiastic outlook
7. Team orientated with a 'muck in' approach
8. Quick to learn
9. Educated to A-Level or equivalent standard or above, with a minimum of grade C GCSE in English and Mathematics
10. A wicked sense of humour
11. UK Driving Licence
Salary
£24,255 per annum plus performance related bonus in line with company framework
