Your Role at Alluvial:
1. Lead and inspire a kitchen team of 3, delivering top-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.
2. Manage food costs, labor, and the overall performance of the kitchen – perfect for someone who loves a challenge.
3. Ensure that all dishes meet Alluvial’s high standards of taste and presentation.
4. Take charge of kitchen administration, including inventory, costing, and maintaining strict food safety regulations.
