High volume and experienced pastry sous chef needed for a stunning hotel with 5 restaurants and 3 golf courses, this iconic venue just west of Birmingham has 5 restaurants including 2 rosette fine dining and can offer afternoon teas to the 300 bedroom hotel along with plenty of corporate events throughout the year.
We are looking for a talented pastry chef and also a pastry chef capable of high volume.
