Job Duties Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons to students Develop and implement curriculum based on educational guidelines Assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback Organise and oversee drama productions and performances Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the drama programme Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Drama or related field Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) Experience teaching drama at the secondary level Education Bachelor's degree in Drama or related field Experience Teaching drama at the secondary level Knowledge and Skills Strong understanding of drama education principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to inspire and motivate students Organisational and time management abilities Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Drama or Education Experience in directing school productions Working Conditions Work in a school environment, collaborating with students and colleagues. May require some evening or weekend work for drama productions and events.
