Job Title: Retail Training Manager

They are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Training Manager to join the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for retail staff, focusing on product knowledge, tailoring techniques, customer service, and sales strategies.
2. Assess the training needs of retail teams and provide tailored solutions to drive performance and productivity.
3. Lead in-store training sessions and workshops, ensuring staff are well-versed in the latest tailoring trends and product lines.
4. Foster a culture of continuous learning by creating engaging, hands-on training materials, including e-learning modules and practical assessments.
5. Collaborate with retail managers to monitor staff progress and identify areas for improvement.
6. Regularly review and update training content to reflect new collections, seasonal changes, and industry innovations.
7. Support the onboarding of new staff by delivering initial product and customer service training.
8. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and feedback, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
9. Act as a mentor and coach for retail staff, providing ongoing support to ensure they meet the brand’s standards of service and tailoring expertise.
Qualifications & Skills:
10. Proven experience in retail training or a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
11. Strong understanding of tailoring, garment construction, and fabric types (tailoring expertise is a plus).
12. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
13. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
14. Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative training materials.
15. Leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive positive change.
16. Proficiency in e-learning platforms, Microsoft Office, and other training tools.
17. Passion for fashion and delivering top-tier customer experiences.
