What Will you do?
1. Contribute to the development of sales strategies.
2. Generate new ideas to increase sales and create leads.
3. Liaise with customers to maintain a high quality of customer service.
4. Contact existing and potential customers via telephone to present and market Bright’s software in order to maximise sales.
5. May be required to attend events and exhibitions on behalf of Bright.
6. Ensure KPI’s are achieved on a weekly basis, providing streamlined updates on your progress to your Team Lead.
7. Stay up to date on product releases identifying potential for cross selling to our existing customer base.
What are we looking for?
1. 2+ years’ experience in a similar sales role.
2. Proven success of meeting and exceeding revenue targets and sales metrics.
3. Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
4. Effective networker with the ability to build and maintain relationships in B2B environment.
5. Highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven to achieve & exceed targets.
6. Hungry to succeed with a customer and product centric focus.
7. Ability to adapt and lead in a fast-moving company with a bias for action.
8. Interest in digital accountancy technology, business drivers and emerging trends.
9. Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
10. Experience in CRM management and reporting preparation.
11. Previous experience/network in accountancy solution sales is an advantage.
