Are you the right person for the job?
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a Senior Chef de Partie ready for the next step
* A passion for creating fresh, high-quality dishes
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent organisational abilities and a calm, can-do attitude under pressure
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (Level 2 Food Safety Certificate is preferred)
What will your role look like?
1. Work closely with the Head Chef to plan and deliver a variety of menus, from à la carte dining to large events
2. Supervise and lead the kitchen team, ensuring smooth service and consistent quality
3. Assist in stock management, food ordering, and maintaining cost controls
4. Uphold health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards
