Job Description
* Lead a major Total Reward Project, including the development of a new pay, reward, and benefits portal.
* Engage and influence stakeholders across the organisation, effectively managing relationships and overcoming challenges.
* Provide technical expertise, supporting costings, modelling, and the development of business cases.
* Manage external consultants, overseeing contracts and ensuring effective delivery.
* Develop strategic options and recommendations, influencing key decision-makers.
* Prepare and present board papers to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Committees, and Full Council.
* Work closely with project teams and the People & Organisational Development function to ensure smooth implementation.
* Develop and implement new policies as required.
* Deliver the Total Reward Project on time, within budget, and ensuring maximum benefit.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience leading large-scale reward projects.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Technical expertise in reward, including cost modelling and business case development.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging at board level.
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants.
