We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for a well-established manufacturer who specializes in taking building materials direct to end users.
This role is ideal for candidates who have experience within Customer Service and are looking to transfer their skills to a more sales-focused environment.
The successful candidate will have the responsibility of hitting predefined sales targets while developing further business across their given region and maintaining and improving current business relationships.
The Customer Service Advisor will need to be proactive in pursuing new leads and responding to all new incoming inquiries.
Working with a variety of contractors, developers, and clients, the successful candidate will maximize all opportunities to develop new and existing business. The Customer Service Advisor will also need to ensure all customer databases are kept up to date and in good order.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be resilient with both a proactive and persistent approach while maintaining the professionalism and credibility needed when speaking to contractors and developers.
Full product training will be given, but if you have prior knowledge of the construction industry, this is beneficial.
