We are excited to be working with a leading name in the professional services sector who have an exciting opportunity for a Reward Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Our client is a global business that is growing! They boast a number of modern offices across the UK, adding to their worldwide presence. This role will be hybrid, based from either their Manchester or Glasgow office.
The Reward Manager will be responsible for managing compensation activities alongside Reward projects. The role will manage a team of 2 and will support compensation activities across the UK, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading on a variety of Reward projects including global annual review cycles and pay gap reporting.
2. Drive successful completion of Rewards projects, working closely with stakeholders both internally and externally.
3. Managing a small team.
4. Undertake data analysis where required and present complex data to stakeholders at all levels within the firm.
About You:
1. In-depth experience of all aspects of compensation management, including job levelling, bonus frameworks, and annual review processes.
2. Experience managing multiple Reward projects.
3. Analytical and data-driven.
4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
5. Previous experience within the professional services sector is an advantage.
6. Previous team management experience is an advantage.
