The Digital First Training Manager will be required to manage the Team of Clinical Systems Trainers responsible for overseeing development of training material for digital & clinical systems used by Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust (HCT) Clinical Services, oversee training schedule and development of training requirements live & non-live clinical services. Whilst always updating training platforms to keep training refreshed and in-line with our operational & clinical polices.
The Clinical System in use by HCT is predominantly SystmOne and e-RS so the post holder will be expected to have a high level of SystmOne configuration expertise and experience. The post holder must also be able to demonstrate previous strong leadership/managerial skills and
experience.
Main duties of the job
To provide day-to-day line management of the Clinical Systems trainers team including performance management, appraisals, PDP’s, leave requests and recruitment.
Responsible for the creation, improvement and management of team processes and standard operating procedures.
This post requires specialist knowledge and understanding in how the community applications systems work to be able to train and support effectively.
To liaise with the various management and clinical groups to understand local processes and adhere to agreed protocols and processes.
To identify any training or implementation problems arising from the Helpdesk support calls.

Qualifications & Training
* Evidence of the successful completion of TPP TTT SystmOne Training.
Experience & Knowledge
* Extensive experience of training delivery and creation of training materials
* Specialist SystmOne configuration knowledge and expertise
* Appraisal and performance management experience.

* Ability to plan, organise manage and prioritise own workload & team workload successfully
* To have an innovative, influence and creative approach to problem solving
