Ever wondered how the people who set and mark exams are trained to get it right every time? Well, that’s where you come in.
What’s the opportunity?
AQA sets the standard for GCSEs and A-levels, and you’ll be the one making sure our assessors and examiners (a community of over 45,000) are trained to the highest level. That means creating and delivering training that actually works, so assessments stay fair, consistent, and rock-solid.

* Building training that works – You’ll design and deliver interactive, engaging training across multiple formats—whether that’s live online workshops, in-person events, or self-paced digital learning.
* Making complex ideas simple – You’ll take detailed assessment principles and translate them into training that’s easy to understand and apply.
* Leading the learning experience – You’ll develop content that sticks, using video, multimedia, interactive tools, and practical exercises to embed best practices.
* Collaborating across AQA – You’ll work with senior assessment specialists, examiners, and subject experts to ensure training aligns with AQA’s rigorous standards.
* Measuring and improving – You’ll use feedback and data to assess how effective the training is, then refine and enhance it to ensure continual improvement.
* Owning key projects – You’ll be involved in leading training initiatives that directly shape the quality and consistency of assessments across the UK.
What’s in it for you?
You want to work somewhere that values expertise and rewards impact. At AQA, you’ll get:

* Health benefits—Headspace, PMI, life assurance, health cash plan
What do you need to succeed?
* Solid experience in assessment design and training
* The ability to turn complex ideas into engaging learning
* A mix of creativity, strategy, and data-driven decision-making
