New and Used Sales Executive - Mansfield
Our client, a franchised dealer group, is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join their busy Sales Department at their dealership in Mansfield.
This is a fabulous brand and upper quartile performing dealership.
You must be a well-presented and professional sales person with a clear understanding of the sales process in order to be considered for this position and have a demonstrable record of success.
The main duties include assisting customers with the purchase of new and used vehicles following a structured (but not rigid) sales process:
1. Meeting and greeting customers
2. Qualifying customer needs
3. Carrying out test drives
4. Part exchange appraisal
5. Presenting proposals
6. Closing deals
7. Carrying out a quality delivery
You will be currently working as a Car Sales Executive, but looking to join a professionally managed dealership where performance is highly rewarded and you will be recognised as an individual that contributes to the success of the business.
Great earning potential is available to the right candidate.
Basic Salary of £18k with a realistic OTE of £45k uncapped, plus company car, and 1 weekend off in 4.
