Job Description
At Nash Warren, we specialise in providing the most competitive rates and products to clients who require motor trade insurance for their businesses via telephone and email communications. We are both an inbound and outbound team with an abundance of leads throughout the working day to work through.
Leads
The majority of our leads are sourced from online quotation forms where clients have specifically requested a motor trade insurance policy for their business needs. The remainder of our leads come via recommendations. There is NO cold calling involved.
We contact clients after receiving their quotation request and go through their insurance requirements and driving history. We then find and sell the most suitable insurance policy based on this information. We have many exclusive products available, making us one of the most competitive insurance brokers in the UK for motor trade insurance.
Our candidates must have:
* A strong work ethic with great determination to succeed in achieving targets.
* Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
* The ability to thrive under a high-pressured sales environment.
* Experience in a previous sales and/or insurance role (telesales or face to face).
Training
Full training provided - Staff learn our products and procedures thoroughly before being integrated into the department.
No insurance experience is necessary although insurance or sales/telesales experience is preferred. If you possess the above traits, we can make you a success!
