Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located at our duel franchise dealership representing Hyundai and Mazda in Basingstoke. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting product presentations, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes handling customer inquiries, processing sales documentation, and following up with potential leads to close sales. The Sales Executive will work closely with the sales and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
* Experience in sales, customer service, and building customer relationships
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in sales documentation and handling inquiries
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets
* Knowledge of automotive brands and products is a plus
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Relevant education or training in sales, marketing, or related fields
