Their Street Kitchen has been designed to offer a unique yet tasty variety of seasonal street food offerings, made from the best produce to enjoy al fresco style whilst drinking & socialising in their gardens.
This restaurant is cooking hyper seasonal, refined dish with much of the produce coming from their own garden on-site.
What will you get up to?
As the Head Chef, you will serve within the dynamic kitchen team, directly supporting the owners. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of their summer garden, maintaining the high standards of culinary excellence that defines their ethos.
* Managingthe food operationfor their gardens (500 capacity) and ensuring the highest standards in their street food operation based.
* Daily kitchen activities, ensuring that all dishes meet our rigorous quality and presentation standards.
* Mentor and train junior kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
* Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and liaise with suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh, high-quality ingredients.
* Ensure that all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to within the kitchen.
