Events Senior Sales Executive
£25k basic with £75-80k+ OTE
Location: Chelmsford
Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 5-day working week (Monday - Sunday). Flexibility needed to cover events, but you will work a total of 5 days per week.
Our client, a fast-paced and high-growth company, is the UK's leading training organisation helping thousands of Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, and Celebrities build, grow, and scale their businesses.
They are looking for a superstar Senior Sales Executive to join their fast-growing business. The ideal candidate will be brilliant with people, great at building relationships, closing sales, and selling face-to-face. A proven history of achievement in a face-to-face sales environment is essential.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Selling business coaching packages face-to-face to company owners at training events held 3-4 times a week.
2. Following the company's sales process to achieve/exceed agreed sales targets.
3. Effectively managing the customer through the entire sales process, including initial meeting, qualification of needs, solution presentation, deal closing, and follow-ups.
4. Updating CRMs and following up leads during downtime.
5. Building rapport and lasting relationships with customers/clients and businesses to ensure repeat business.
Your Background & Skills:
1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a face-to-face sales role.
2. Ability to empathise with business owners and understand their pains and needs when growing their business.
3. Proven ability to follow a sales process and exceed targets.
4. Passion, confidence, drive, energy, talent, and character.
5. Well-presented with a strong desire and attitude to succeed.
6. Ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers face-to-face or over the phone.
