Looking for a Complaints Handler to join a leading Maintenance Contractor based in West Lancashire
Offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000 + benefits
Your role will be to liaise with tenants regarding repairs, update on progress and make sure any complaints are received in accordance with policy and procures.
Be responsible for taking ownership and managing complaints through to resolution in line with policy
Ensuring agreed targets are delivered within your service area and complaints received in accordance with policy and procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience within a similar role handling complaints or Social Housing repairs
Able to handle complaints effectively
Are an excellent communicator, comfortable with email and telephone conversations
Able to work in the office 8-5 mon - fri
