The Customer Support Specialist will be key to the continual growth of the business. Using telephone investigative techniques and backed up by direct and electronic marketing, the Customer Support Specialist will develop and maintain customers confidence. Whats on offer? Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist: Maximise sales of all the companies services into existing customers and prospective customers Implement Marketing Schedule as directed by the General Manager Creation of marketing information and send to prospects and customers Locating and calling prospects to make appointments Identify key drivers within customers Make customers aware of the companys services into existing accounts Monitor sales revenues for customers and act to maximise sales Customer services calls with telephone planning Maintain the companys CRM Weekly/monthly reporting of activity Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in a similar customer support environment Enjoys speaking to people Not afraid of telephone rejection Be a strong advocator for the customer and company Strong communicator, both verbally and written Understanding of the companys products & services. Engineering knowledge is an advantage Be highly committed, well-motivated, and committed to the objectives of the business What's Next?
