Required Skillset:
* Experience of working in a reward team, either in-house or within a consultancy practice
* Understanding of Executive Compensation remuneration matters
* Able to project manage a team including coaching and develop junior members of the team
* Able to deliver bespoke written and oral advice to clients in a simple and impactful way
* Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships
* Strong report writing and analytical skills
* Strong team player
* Ability to navigate and manage conflicting demands
* Strong analytical skills, (Excel, PowerBi, Tableau, Alteryx)
* Ideally educated to degree level
This role can be based in either London or Manchester and offers hybrid/flexible working.
