Key responsibilities:
1. Monitor and manage all enquiries coming into the helpdesk
2. Provide technical support and solutions to customers
3. Facilitate product and service upgrades to enhance the customer experience
4. Understand customer enquiries and relay relevant information to the development team
5. Ensure every customer feels like a priority by delivering excellent service
6. A proactive and customer-focused approach
7. Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage with people
8. A keen interest in technology and problem-solving
9. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment
The core shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00, however you will be expected to cover one early shift and one late shift on a rotation basis:
Early Shift – 07:00-16:00
Late Shift – 13:00-22:00
