Experienced Senior Sous Chef - Modern British 2 Rosette Restaurant
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Sous chef to join the kitchen brigade at this fantastic, independently owned group of brasseries & larders serving modern British food with a real focus seasonal produce from around the UK. As Senior Sous would will be based in Brentford, you will assist the Group Head Chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are always maintained. Working with the Head Chef on menu development and specials, quality and cost control and kitchen management in the absence of the Head Chef. You will be assisting the Group Head Chef oversee 4 of their restaurants and concepts but predominately based in their waterside restaurant in Brentford.

The Person
The ideal Senior Sous Chef will have the following:
- Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen to Michelin level with Rosette background
- Must live in West London
- Must have worked with Modern British Dining
- 2 years experience in a leading similar kitchen and experience
- Strong leader to keep the standards high and team held accountable
- Experience in high volume, high end restaurants to essential
- Can do attitude & team player
- Fully flexible on day/evening/weekend shifts
- A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn
