Business Development Manager - Industrial Recruitment Agency - Industrial Sector Fully Remote - but must be based near Birmingham for client contact Salary: £45,000-£80,000 (dependent on experience) bonus scheme car allowance or company car Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving business growth within the manufacturing, logistics, and industrial recruitment sectors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on industrial onsite recruitment (winning onsite contracts for the business) Build a robust client base nationally or locally, leveraging your existing network and contacts. Collaborate closely with the Head of Operations for the onsite division focusing on new business growth. Balance new business development with managing long-term client relationships to ensure ongoing success. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in recruitment within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors. Onsite client experience Established contacts within these industries and a proven ability to hit the ground running. Strong track record of building and nurturing relationships with large clients. A self-starter with a strategic approach to business development. Based in or around the Midlands to facilitate engagement with the company's core business areas.
