Location: Home Based with some travel Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum D.O.E Skills/Requirements for the Service Desk Analyst: Previous experience in a similar role Extensive Active Directory o365 experience Experience of working with remote monitoring tools Windows desktop support versions 8 and above Any experience of Windows Server is highly desirable Start date is ASAP for the Service Desk Analyst The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for: Ensuring that the Service Desk Manager and other senior members of the IT business are kept informed of progress and in particular are told of major problems and/or issues in a timely manner Being the first point of contact on the Service Desk.
