Investment in training and development to support the conversion of new business Company Car Targeted Incentives Key Responsibilities include but aren't restricted to; Identifying and tingeing potential clients through research, cold-calling, networking, and territory mapping Building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients to generate new sales Conduct thorough research on market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies Understand clients' cleaning needs and provide customised solutions to meet their requirements Collaborate with the operations team to ensure quality service delivery and client satisfaction Conduct professional and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services Regularly meet and exceed sales targets Report to the Sales Manager on KPI's and revenue targets Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system Keep up to date with industry trends and participate in training and development activities to enhance sales skills Attend Networking events to support new client conversion Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 1 years' experience in a sales role, preferably in the cleaning industry but this is not essential Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent time-management and organisational skills Self-motivated and results-driven Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Our client is interested in someone who demonstrates good values, an ambitious and driven mindset and a desire to learn. A background of selling within the Facilities Management industry isn't essential, but experience of selling a service is a great starting point for the role.
