Job Title: Sales Executive
Basic Salary: 24,000k - 28,000k Plus uncapped commission
OTE First Year up to 65,000k
Location: Milton Keynes - Office Based, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively engage in 100+ outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients and drive new business opportunities.
2. Close approved deals.
3. Build and maintain customer relationships.
4. Understand customer needs and businesses.
5. Prepare accurate proposals.
6. Represent the company at trade shows.
7. Review performance and meet/exceed targets.
8. Handle inbound leads promptly, driving conversions through consistent follow-ups via phone and email.
9. Re-engage old leads to generate new opportunities.
10. Stay updated on products to provide the best client solutions.
Skills and experience:
1. 2+ years sales experience with proven target success.
2. Experience in B2B and or B2C.
3. Strong phone skills; positive and engaging.
4. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
5. Self-motivated in fast-paced, competitive settings.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organisation and time management.
7. Committed to exceptional customer service and compliance.
