Job Description
We are currently looking for highly motivated candidates to join Gentium FX as FX Sales Executives in our London office. The focus will be on developing leads, onboarding new corporate clients and generating new business. You will need to create a pipeline of leads and business contacts who have a foreign exchange requirement and need to utilise our industry leading deliverable Foreign Exchange products.

The ideal candidate must be highly driven, work hard to achieve expected company targets and performance. A sales background is not a necessity as you will be trained by our highly experienced team.
FX Sales Executives Key Responsibilities
* Make effective and professional outbound cold calls to decision makers and directors.
* Cold calling will play a major part in your role, so you need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
* Lead sourcing – generate spreadsheets and lists in your own time to ensure you are prepared for the working day.
* Lead Qualification - ensure leads meet our qualification requirements.
* Manage existing relationships with leads and clients.
* Achieve set KPI's and Sales targets.
* Keep up-to-date with currency movements.
* Large focus on self-development and progression.
* Identify profit angles with new clients.

The role:
* Source new prospects in the SME market.
* Drive B2B engagement with high-volume calls.
* Exceed monthly KPIs for new client acquisition and repeat customer profits.
* Provide real-time updates on exchange rate movements to prospective clients.
You should:
* Be a highly motivated and driven individual eager to achieve company targets and performance expectations – this will enable you to make outbound calls to company directors to sell our services.
* Have excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner for effective outbound cold calling to decision makers and directors.
* Proactively generate leads to ensure preparedness for the working day.
* Have an ability to qualify leads based on qualification requirements to ensure quality prospects.
* Be able to develop strong relationship management skills to effectively manage existing relationships with leads and clients.
* Have a strong focus on self-development and the drive to progress within the company.
* Have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify profit angles and opportunities with new clients.
* Have an interest in the foreign exchange market – you will be monitoring currency movements and leveraging this knowledge to provide valuable insights to our prospects/clients.
* Be loyal and hard-working whilst showcasing confidence and knowledge to prospective clients.
