A leading international lift company is currently seeking a Modernisation Sales Executive to provide quotations for major modernisation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. This company offers an attractive package and a salary of £40,000-£45,000.
As a Modernisation Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
1. Quoting projects using the relevant workbook quotation tools.
2. Liaising with the finance department to conduct credit checks.
3. Generating weekly and monthly reports.
4. Maintaining relationships with clients, both new and existing, as well as contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
5. Reviewing technical risks and competence before final offer acceptance and escalating any higher risk projects or scope for approval.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
1. A technical engineering background within the lift industry.
2. Confidence in negotiating and communication.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
4. A full clean driving license.
5. Experience in managing several projects.
