The Crown, Tolldown, is a 16th-century traditional pub and inn set amidst acres of stunning Gloucestershire countryside.
Located a stone’s throw from Dyrham Park and in easy reach of Bath, the M4 and Bristol Airport, we offer the ideal base for exploring the stunning local area, weekend breaks and business trips, with 9 boutique en-suite rooms full of comfy furnishings.
On the menu, our focus is locally-sourced seasonal dishes and exciting takes on pub classics, while behind the bar we offer a wide range of real ale, craft beer, lager and cider from our award-winning brewery Butcombe, and a cocktail menu with all the classics.
Inside, you’ll find cosy interiors and rustic pub charm with wooden floors, comfy carpets and large open fireplaces, as well as relaxed dining spaces for both intimate meals and larger gatherings.
We are very dog-friendly, child-friendly and wheelchair-accessible and have a beautiful sun-trap beer garden – ideal for al fresco drinking and dining!
Situated in the Cotswolds AONB, we’re a great place to stop while visiting the area’s local attractions such as Dyrham Park, Lansdown Golf Club, Bath Rugby or walking the Cotswold Way.
