The Role
As a Sales Executive at Krowd, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, generating new business opportunities and helping drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our sales team. Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and research potential customers within the hospitality sector.
2. Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
3. Qualify leads based on Krowd’s ideal customer profile.
4. Set up meetings and demos for the sales team.
5. Maintain and update CRM records with lead interactions.
6. Collaborate with marketing to optimise outreach strategies.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Krowd’s offerings.
About You

Requirements
1. At least 3 years of sales experience in a business development or customer-facing role.

4. Strong ability to conduct research and identify new business opportunities.
5. Experience in the hospitality or tech industry is a plus.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
