About the Role – Sales Executive
PCT is a construction technology start-up. The founding team are from rail, construction and infrastructure backgrounds and we have developed simple to use solutions for projects and teams of all sizes.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join the team who can build rapport with clients, manage their requirements and create further opportunities, The ideal candidate must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment!
Previous industry knowledge of the rail or construction sector is desirable.
We have offices in Doncaster and Durham, but this is a hybrid role which would involve remote working, office days and on site visits with clients where required.
Key Points
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* Experience using CRM systems essential
* Previous industry experience is desirable
* Previous experience in SaaS Sales is desirable
* Existing network of contacts within the construction and rail sectors
Main Roles & Responsibilities
* Meet and Exceed Sales Targets
* Successfully create business from new and existing client accounts
* Build rapport and establish long term relationships with clients and potential clients
* Ensure seamless client transition from sales to Customer Success Team
* Assist in Monthly and Quarterly Sales Effort
* Complete System demos to clients both in person and remotely where required
* Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
* Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
* Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
* Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
* Attending Exhibitions, Safety Stand Down days and Client Days where required
* Understanding and working with our Collaborative partners to help maximise benefits for our clients
