Job summary To provide support to the operational service to deliver transformational change initiatives and e-solutions focused on improving the quality and efficiency of our service and to provide training to internal and external stakeholders. Main duties of the job The Lead Employer service provides employment services and HR expertise to resident doctors, dentists and public health specialty registrars across NHS England regions.
