What does this role involve?
You will be joining a dedicated Service Desk team working in a fast-paced environment, where you'll be helping colleagues across the group to resolve technical issues. You will engage with your customers, providing face-to-face and remote support. You will provide a professional service and take ownership of your ticket to resolution.
Who are we looking for?
Your energy and passion to help others will provide a solid base to work from, as you look to understand customers' issues and resolve problems. Your excellent organisational and prioritisation skills will enable you to build strong relationships as you resolve IT issues in a timely manner.
Your proactive approach will enable Procode to provide the best service possible to its customers. To be successful in the role, you will ideally have knowledge and experience of the following:
1. Office 365
2. Apple products
3. MS operating systems
4. Laptops, screens, docking stations and other peripherals
5. Password resets and other administrative tasks
You may be required to work on a rotating shift pattern. This includes: 07:00-16:00, 08:00-17:00, 09:00-18:00 & 11:00-20:00. This role will also require occasional Saturday working 08:00-17:00.
